1 General Rules

zk222 ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online gaming and entertainment service platform. These Terms apply to all services, games, promotions and features on the platform.

These Terms are written in English and apply to players in Bangladesh. 3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security and management of your zk222 account. The following points are important to keep in mind:

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Closing Your Account

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Any claims regarding a remaining balance after account closure must be submitted within 30 days.

3.2 Account Suspension

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on zk222 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and the following terms apply:

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

The following general terms, as well as the specific terms of each individual bonus, apply to all bonuses and promotions at zk222:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x), meaning you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• There is a set time limit for wagering with bonus balance; if the period expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If an attempt is made to claim a bonus across multiple accounts, all related accounts may be cancelled.
• zk222 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• One welcome bonus applies per person, household or IP address.

5.3 VIP Program

zk222's VIP program for regular players has four tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%; Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%; Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%; Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%. Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the player's activity and engagement on the platform. Specific terms apply to cashback eligibility and are described in detail on the relevant promotions page.

6 Gaming Rules

Various types of games are available on the zk222 platform. The following rules must be followed when participating in all games:

• Game results are determined by a secure Random Number Generator (RNG) and are completely impartial.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded.
• If a connection is lost during a game, the game result will be saved on the server and will be visible once you reconnect.
• Once a game round has started, bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The individual rules of game providers may also apply.

6.1 Cricket Betting

The cricket betting section allows betting on the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events and other international tournaments. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, a settlement will be made in accordance with the betting rules.

6.2 Live Casino

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Limitation of Liability

zk222 bears no liability for the following:

• Any loss arising from your inability to participate in a game due to an internet connection failure on your end.
• Issues caused by faults in third-party software or hardware.
• Service disruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government restrictions, etc.).
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account if you failed to keep your login credentials secure.
• Personal financial losses resulting from gaming — all bets must be placed voluntarily and with awareness of the risks involved.
